The aims and tasks of China Foundry Association
China Foundry Association (CFA) is a national non-governmental organization approved by the State Council of P. R. China and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the Chinese government. It is made up of foundry enterprises, institutional units, scientific research institutes and regional foundry associations in China. It represents and serves for the interests of national foundry industry and promots the development of the foundry field.
CFA is responsible for promoting the development of the foundry industry, protecting the industry interests, strengthening the discipline of the industry, and reflecting the claims of the members. It acts as the bridge linking the governments and enterprises and serves for enterprises. Meanwhile, CFA also holds the international exhibitions and conference related with the foundry field, develops international technical communications and cooperation, organizes overseas special investigation and provides the information of this field, technical consultation, training and so on.
The primary tasks of the Association are:
¡ñ To act as a ¡°bridge¡± between the government and foundry enterprises;
¡ñ To provide sales information;
¡ñ To offer consulting services;
¡ñ To organize large scale international foundry exhibitions;
¡ñ To organize large scale international foundry directors conference;
¡ñ To organize technical cxchanges;
¡ñ To organize overseas study toura;
¡ñ To promote sino-foreign co-operations;
¡ñ To arrange trade negotiations between Chinese and foreign foundry enterprises;
¡ñ To offer services on translation, printing, publication, distribution, photo taking, video production, promotion, etc.
